Your sample order has no minimum and a maximum of one unit per item. Pick as many different products as you like, one of each. Reorders start at five units, which is also where volume pricing begins.
Automatically. Build your cart on this page, enter your work email, and the discount is already applied when the Shopify checkout opens. You see the final total before you pay. The offer is one sample order per work email: each vetted address can use it once.
In-stock, unbranded orders leave our U.S. warehouses in New Jersey, Virginia and California within a few business days, with tracking on every box. Custom-branded runs need production time; you get a firm date in writing before you commit.
Pricing steps down in tiers as quantity goes up, and the tiers apply across a mixed cart, so a kit of chargers and cables counts as one order. Email sales@theurbangeek.com or request a quote below for the tier sheet. We can quote any combination.
Yes. Purchase orders, invoicing and net terms are available on volume orders, and we supply a W-9 and honor tax-exempt certificates. Card and ACH work too if that is simpler for you.
Yes. Send your rep a spreadsheet of recipients and we ship one box per person, each with its own tracking, or bulk to one office for you to hand out. Remote and hybrid teams are the norm for us, not the exception.
On larger runs, yes: logo placement, color matching and branded packaging, with an artwork proof before anything goes to production. Ask your rep for the current minimum and timeline. Many teams choose a branded card or sleeve instead, so the product itself stays the premium object people keep.
